“In Cold Blood,” the second single from alt-J’s upcoming Relaxer, has already gotten live performances on Fallon and Kimmel, and today it gets one of the group’s typically memorable music videos. Caspar Balsley’s clip chronicles a wood mouse whose travels carry it into the aftermath of a gruesomely violent roadside murder-spree during the bloody makeout session that ensued. Iggy Pop narrates the creature’s harrowing journey. It’s another stirring alt-J visual — one that really pumps some meaning into the title “In Cold Blood” — and you can watch it below.
