Caleborate- Soul (Single Version) Prod. Lege Kale

Berkeley’s Caleborate has a new album on the way. The LP, named Real Person, is coming out this fall via TBKTR. Recently, he dropped “Soul,” the first single off the upcoming project. The track is produced by Lege Kale.
On “Soul,” Caleborate bares it all, rapping about his ups and downs and why he will never change who he is as a person. It’s an honest record that is refreshing to hear and serves as an appetizer for what’s to come   I’ve been messing with Caleborate’s sound for a minute now. With that said it is an absolute pleasure to premiere his new song, “Soul.” The melodic single is the first off the Bay Area rapper’s upcoming ‘Real Person’ project, expected to drop this Fall.
Over the Lege Kale-produced track, Caleborate freely flows about his unstoppable grind, his urges to break his father out of prison, buying his mother a house in the hills, and leveling up on all of his peers. “Soul” also emphasizes not letting anyone distort your vibe, with the wordsmith singing, “Don’t let em take your soul, take your soul,”
